What You Give Us
We collect information you give us or permit us to access. Information may include, but is not limited to, your name, image, birth date, email address, physical address, telephone number, gender, social media information and profile, and when necessary, credit card information.
What We Collect From You
We may automatically collect information regarding your interaction with, and use of, our websites, products, and services. We may combine information you give us with information we collect, including information from other Stamina sources, publicly available sources, or third party sources.
Use of Information
We may use your information to do the following:
- Enable your use of Stamina Sites, including enhancing, customizing, and personalizing your experiences and communications.
- Provide customer support related to your use of the Stamina Sites or your ownership of Stamina Products.
- Communicate with you about our products, services, events, and for other promotional purposes.
- Display relevant marketing to you.
We may provide your information to our affiliates or third party service providers to help us operate our business and websites or administer activities on our behalf, such as fulfilling purchases, processing payment card payments and shipping products to you. We may share your information, including payment card information, with these third parties to enable them to perform the services. We may also disclose information about you to others as we believe to be necessary or appropriate: (a) under applicable law or regulation, including laws or regulations outside your state or country of residence; (b) to comply with legal process; (c) to comply with litigation discovery, subject to the entry of a protective order limiting the disclosure of your personal information to individuals necessary for litigation; (d) to respond to requests from public authorities and law enforcement officials; (e) to enforce any of our terms and conditions or policies; (f) to protect our operations; (g) to protect the rights, privacy, safety or property of Stamina, you, or others; or (h) to permit us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages we may sustain.
Your information may be transferred to a third party as a part of our business assets in a sale of a part or all of Stamina.
When you join or use certain services, you agree to publicly share a basic amount of information, which may include your username, city location, and profile picture. You understand that you assume the risks associated with making any such information public.
Protection of Your Information
Stamina agrees to take reasonable steps to ensure that your privacy is protected. Data is encrypted using the Advanced Encryption Standard specified by the National Institute of Standards and Technology. However, like other companies, Stamina cannot guarantee 100% the security or confidentiality of information you provide to us. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO HOLD STAMINA HARMLESS FOR ANY INJURY CAUSED BY OR RESULTING FROM AN UNAUTHORIZED PERSON OR ENTITY USING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF STAMINA. YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IF A THIRD PARTY BREACHES, HACKS, OR ACCESSES STAMINA'S BUSINESS SYSTEMS IN A NON-AUTHORIZED MANNER STAMINA IS NOT IN ANY WAY LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY RESULTING INJURY, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER STAMINA'S CONDUCT IN PROTECTING YOUR INFORMATION IS DEEMED TO BE NEGLIGENT OR GROSSLY NEGLIGENT.
Managing Your Information
You may modify or delete your profile with Stamina through your account. Any information you previously posted to any Stamina Site may still be publicly viewable. Stamina may also keep information and content in our backup files and archives.
Stamina may send you service and product related communications. You further acknowledge and agree that by providing Stamina with your address, email address, or telephone number, you consent to receive communications from Stamina by mail, phone (including text messages), and by email. If you provide us with a wireless or cellular telephone number, you agree that we may place calls to that number or send text messages to that number which may result in charges from your wireless or cellular carrier. You also agree that, from time to time, we may monitor telephone conversations between you and us to assure the quality of our customer service. To unsubscribe and stop receiving messages, please change your settings or follow the instructions in the email, text message, notification or other message type.
Stamina takes reasonable steps to ensure that the information we collect from you is accurate, complete, and current. You may request access and request that erroneous or inaccurate information be updated. You may also request that your information be deleted. Consistent with applicable law, Stamina will respond promptly to your requests and in any event within 30 days. For your protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the personal information associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. We may decline to process requests that jeopardize the privacy of others, are impractical, or would cause us to take any action that is not permissible under applicable laws. Please note that we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes, and there may also be residual information that will remain in our databases and other records, which will not be removed.

II. ONLINE TRACKING
Stamina tracks its customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising. We do not respond to Do Not Track ("DNT") signals of web browsers.
III. MINORS' PRIVACY
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from individuals under the age of 18. Individuals under age 18 should not provide personal identifying information to Stamina. If you are under the age of 18 and have provided personal identifying information, you may request that such information be deleted by contacting Stamina at firstname.lastname@example.org.
