This intermediate HITT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout will get your heart rate up and challenge your core while building strength and burning some serious calories! By taking this style workout from the floor, which is a stable surface, and putting it on an unstable surface, (the Juvo Board in balance position), changes it dramatically. The format is 30 seconds work: 15 seconds rest. I used a 4lb medicine for additional weight.
